Full House Renovation
What a transformation! This adorable Rockville, MD house was completely gutted to create an airy, open floor plan, and a few luxury additions that didn’t exist previously. Pictured here are my favorite vignettes: the mud room organization in the front entry (plus a peek at those stairs!), the full-sized eat-in kitchen, and the wet bar which sits across from the daring, black powder room. The whole space feels updated, and elegant, but also warm and attainable for a busy family.
It’s such a joy to photograph for Monarch Prime Designs. Their mix of modern finishes and practicality make their projects even more appealing. I’m taking notes for my next renovation project…
